How does the 2 year SOLUBrux guarantee work?

to ensure your satisfaction, SOLUBrux products have a two year guarantee.  This guarantee covers rips or tears in the occlusive part of the SOLUBrux product. The occlusive part is the part in the form of a U which the top end of the teeth rest on and this is the part that is compressed and which absorbs the friction related to bruxism and which protects the user from the consequences. You will be asked to return your damaged dental bite to be analysed, along with your invoice or proof of purchase with purchase date. Once our experts have confirmed to us that the tearing has not been caused by incorrect use of the product, a new dental bite will be sent to you, possibly with some recommendations which will help you to improve your SOLUBrux experience.

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it ?
